LUPE

Lupe doesn't really have any rockets, but she can come to a lot of the launches. She has to stay on a leash and she can't bite the launch director or poop near his camp. Lupe really likes the cows at Snow Ranch, maybe she knows that's where leftover steak and hamburger comes from.
