We did it, we made a cloud. Baddabooster lifted the Water Works payload bay up to 19,506' on an M1939. The payload bay carried 18 lbs. of water which was dispersed by 4 grams of BP. The water formed a visible cloud which hung around for almost 15 minutes.      Baddabooster/Water Works

A lot of the cloud effort may be luck. There were some unexplained events during this flight. We have no explanation for the main chute deployment at apogee and the damage to the charge holders and PVC fittings is very different from the results we were getting during repeated ground testing.

These projects don't always work as planned. Our cloud flight at Aeronaut 05 ended in disaster when the motor nozzle failed. This video is a slow motion account of that flight courtesy of Jim Mirowski.
